The other day I had a minor meltdown. Why??? Well my pants are too tight, I haven't worked out in months, my closet is a disaster and my 'to do' seems to just get longer. I tried to communicate this to my husband and he just stared at me, like I was crazy. He is a dude and just doesn't get it. I texted my friend, she gets it. She gets what it means to be stretched to thin and make unhealthy decisions out of convenience.
I had some past success with online weight loss challenge so I decided I would put this together to help inspire others (and mostly myself.) I can enjoy the holiday knowing that come New Year's I have a plan. I encourage you to do the same. Can't wait to see the scale budge and get motivated.
