Ok, lets imagine this to go something like the David Letterman top ten.
Number 10: Drink Less
Number 9: Volunteer
Number 8: Be less stressed
Number 7: Travel to a new place
Number 6: Spend more time with family
Number 5: Get out of debt and save money
Number 4: Eat Healthier and diet
Number 3: Learn something new
Number 2: Quit Smoking
and drum roll please.... Number 1: Lose weight and get fit!!!
So that is exactly what we are going to do, get fit and lose weight! Since we are not the rowdy crowd lets substitute getting organized and watch less T.V. for quitting drinking and smoking. Unless you are fond of clutter and T.V then you can substitute something else.
A little house keeping issue, we do not have that many people signed up so how about we ditch the challenge and use this blog to support and encourage one another. I still think we should share our progress and setbacks. So think of the points system as a guide and your reward will be a new and fit you. I will still post challenges and I would love for you to share. I will send out a blog invite to all those interested so check you inbox soon. Plus, there is still time to join!
